Item has been used with signs of cosmetic use - it may have some scratches from normal use. Rubber looks old, and gray from age . Hood is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (see pics). Threads are not bent. Hood might need some light cleaning. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
