Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition.

Lens filter been used with minor signs of cosmetic use.  Glass has couple very tiny scratches. It seems that damaged is only coating. I would rate glass at 8 out of 10. Damage is purely cosmetic, it will not affect image quality. Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
