I could not find the exact model on the Ultimate Support web site, it appear to be an older version of the TS-100B, TS110B or TS110BL Series seen on the Ultimate Support web site.

The actual Speaker Stand is in good working and cosmetic condition.
The External Speaker Cabinet Mounting bracket is damaged but it says in place with the hose clamp seen in the picture attached.

The External Speaker Cabinet Mounting is actually an option sold separately on the Ultimate Support web site.
