Appears super lightly used. It had bits of grass and animal hair on the poncho, and what looks like water spots. The travel bag has some stain spots on it that do not show up in photos well. I wiped the poncho and the bag off as best as I could, but the spots on the bag are not coming off and something might still be in there with the poncho.

Polyvinylchloride shell with nylon lining. The lining covers little more than the neck and shoulder area.

Measures approximately 40 inches long and approximately 49 inches across the bottom. Approximately 20 inches from neck to armhole.
