Issue 1. Hot and Cold Water Mixing
Please avoid turning on both the hot and cold water taps simultaneously, as this can reduce water flow and cause the flame to stop. To avoid this, only turn on the hot water switch and adjust it to your desired temperature.
Issue 2. Water Leakage
If you notice any water leakage, it’s likely from the pipe connections. We recommend sealing these connections with Teflon tape to prevent leaks and ensure a secure fit.
Issue 3. Mineral Buildup
In areas with hard water, mineral buildup inside the water heater can affect performance over time. Regular descaling using vinegar or a commercial descaler will help keep the system running efficiently.
Issue 4. Overloaded System
Running multiple water fixtures or having low water pressure can overload the system, leading to reduced hot water supply. To prevent this, reduce water usage or consider upgrading your RV's water pump to optimize pressure.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
• Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
• Buyer will be responsible for all kind of return shipping/shipment to the seller for resolving the problem.
• Returns made for all non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If an item is returned to us due to an address issue, we do charge a reshipping fee to reship. If you would like a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.
