Offered here is a hard to find item, when not purchased as a complete cart set.  Typically they are not sold separately.  These are wire shelving bin holders. When assembling your own wire Shelving unit, these can be added , on opposite sides to allow for bins, to slide in and out on rails so to speak.  In this case they measure 22.5" center to center of the end posts, meaning that would be the depth of your shelving unit, and the bins would slide between the two.  Bin selection width would depend on your length - recommend longest length to be used on slide.  These can be used for just about anything . . .Could actually slide a solid board in it creating a shelf between as well and use it as needed.  On the other hand it could also be used on the outside of the rods as a towel holder or hanger of some sort.  

This listing is for a pair (2) - 1"  x 22.5" shelf tote holders for wire shelving units, PLUS the plastic inserts to mount on corner posts.  Very first and last 3 Photos show them in actual usage, and are not included in this listing, are for reference only.
