Vintage, pre-owned and in real nice vintage condition. Slight wear to cover (minor scrape to the upper corner just from reading so often) You can see the area I am talking about in the first photo.  No rips inside book or marks/writing. The book is actually stitched together and you can see in the 4th photo that the stitching is a little loose, just not as tight as when was new in 1981. Overall it is in real nice condition especially considering the age. This book is almost impossible to find any longer. Very rare book.
