The Power Lock Lifting Belt by Ditta is designed to help lifters execute the heaviest compound lifts. This belt provides ultimate support to the core, giving athletes the stability to move more weight while reducing the risk of strains and injuries. It is ideal for powerlifting movements and main barbell lifts: squat, deadlift, and bench press.
Made for modern lifting techniques and better than old fashioned leather alternatives:
- Ultra supportive. Due to its consistent thickness and rigid construction, this belt creates extra strong, even intra abdominal pressure. As soon as you put the belt on, you will feel its strength. Unlike leather, this belt does not stretch out with repeated use.
- Self locking. Our belt is made to lock securely thanks to its strong metal lock and roller system. Heavy duty velcro provides an extra layer of security. The lock can easily be loosened or removed for warmups and lighter sets, or as you move throughout the gym. No need to fiddle around with belt notches and buckles.
- Tight, secure fit. Thanks to its strong velcro closure system, this belt can be set to match the precise size of your waist. The result is a much snugger fit that leather belts that use a notch system and stretch out over time.
- Made to last. Heavy duty nylon material and secure stitching.
- Lightweight and non-bulky. No additional padding: this belt is purely focused on support to your core.
- Appropriate for men and women. Sizes from S to XXL to comfortably fit a range of bodies. Sizes are unisex and based on waist circumference. Please refer to the sizing chart. All sizes are 10cm in width.
Please note that whilst lifting belts can reduce the risk of injury, they are not a substitute for proper form or core strength. Never lift when injured. Always lift within your capabilities and skillset. Consider using the belt selectively for heavy sets but removing it for warmups and lighter sets. In this way, you can continue to build core strength and bracing technique, and avoid becoming reliant on a belt.
We offer multiple lifting belts. Compared to alternatives, this belt is more rigid with no padding and features a straight edge. This style is appropriate for a range of lifting styles, and is especially suited to powerlifting movements such as squats and deadlifts. It specifically supports bracing and even breathing techniques.
