This early producing, rapid-growing cool season sugar snow pea is a string-less vegetable variety. The plump and tender pea pods are light green in color and grow to 2 1/2 inches in length and are often used in stir-fries and Asian cuisine. The entire plant grows to around 3 ft and in addition to producing a bounty of sweet pea pods it produces delicious shoots as well. The flower shoots are red to purple in color.

Reaches full maturity in 3-4 months time. Very easy to grow and sprout.
Germination Procedure: Sow seeds into moist soil at 1/2 an inch depth. Keep seeds and soil moist throughout the germination phase. Germination time: 2 weeks.
