Question & Answer of Filling Machine
Question 1: WHY the motor makes a sound, but the product doesn't pump any liquid whatsoever?
Answer:If the machine is totally new or it didn’t work for a long time, you can hear the function voice of the pump when you turn on the power of the machine but the liquid doesn’t come out from the filling nozzle, the machine is not broken,that means there is air in the machine, you need to do is drain out the air from the machine.
Question 2: HOW to drain out air from the machine?
Answer:
(1) You need to prepare a syringe, or a cup of water;
(2) Prepare a bucket of water;
(3) Take out the filter;
(4) Pour the water into the hose with a cup of water;
(5) Shake the hose until the water flow into the pump;（OR ues inflator to the pump,until the water has pass through the pump)
(6) Block the hose with your finger, and put the hose into a bucket of water, and then release your hand;
(7) Set the parameter, in the “continuous working mode”, set the S.P (filling speed) for 9, W.T (working time) for 90 seconds and S.T (stop time) for 1 second;Press the On/Off button to start working, wait for a moment until the water come out from the filling nozzle.
