This is a 1894 South African shilling. Featuring the bearded bust of President Johannes Paulus Kruger with the lettering Zuid Afrikaansche Republiek (South African Republic). On the front, Arms of the South African Republic below denomination and date.

The coin is crisp, but not without flaws, see pictures.

Measures: 3cm and weighs 14gr
