Synopsis:
The drama is adapted from the collection of essays of the same name by writer Li Juan. Li Wenxiu, a Han Chinese girl who grew up in Altay, is dedicated to pursuing her literary dream in a big city. However, she repeatedly encounters obstacles and is forced to return to her hometown to rely on her mother Zhang Fengxia (played by Ma Yili), who runs a small shop, for survival. After meeting the Kazakh boy Batai (played by Yu Shi), Wenxiu gradually discovered the beauty of the local area.
