New, old stock. I recently bought several unworn vintage Carole pieces from an antique dealer. 

Poly/cotton blend pajamas are older, but unworn with tags.

Pants are a cropped length

Underarm to underarm about 24"

Shoulder to front hem about 24-24.25" 

Inseam about 24.75"

Waist unstretched is about 14.75" but it is elastic and it has a snap to take the waist in about an inch
