30-Day Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Return Instructions

Please follow these instructions to return your item:

1. Pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
2. Attach the return label provided with your order to the package.
3. Ship the package to the address listed on the return label.

Return Policy Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original tags, labels. Smoke, perfume and pet free.
• Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used
• Items that are damaged
• Items that are missing tags
• Items that have smoke or perfume scents
• Items exposed to pet hair or dander
