I don't think this is technically a Christmas village, it was my wife's grandparent's and labeled as such, there's 9 pine trees, a bag of fake snow and 3 Christmasy figures, add some white lights and volia' a Christmas village. You will receive everything pictured.  


10 houses, about 3" each.  all but one are in boxes. The unboxed one has a small chip, see pictures.
