Embassy Hotels Ashtray WADE PDM England. Cream color with Blue Crown & Gold-color trim.  Nice, shows some wear markings on bottom and inside,  and sticker residue. Only light wear to trim. I see NO chips or cracks.  Measures about 4.5 inches across
