This is a promotional fan from De La Day with the reissue of 3 Feet High and Rising. These were passed out to fans in line. I was able to get it signed at a later time by Maseo and Podsnuos (Kevin Mercer; Vincent Mason).

This is an awesome piece of east coast hiphop history.
