An exceedingly rare original “yard long” photograph showing the convention of Illinois Shoe Market held in St. Louis, Missouri on May 14th 1908. This massive photograph actually measures 76’ inches in length. And in many ways is incredible in part for the sheer length and incredible for the subject matter. The photograph is in good condition which is remarkable and naturally rolled. Now when I took this photograph I gently placed two bricks on either corner; with tissue under the bricks… to insure no damage. You will see one part of the photograph on the left with shadows from the trees above. This is not on the photograph itself.
