Description

Brice Family photo album containing 120 photographs including some ephemera. This fascinating album contains an actual photograph of an incoming Tornado and the damage it inflicted in the year 1934. One image in particular shows the State Bank in destruction as a result of this tornado. I believe this was in Oklahoma according to the inscription? Another great photograph shows the Brice Brothers Gas & Steam Engine Business. They also sell Oil Well Supplies for the booming oil industry. In addition to these images there are military photos and some really cool images. I believe the families were from Pennsylvania and Oklahoma and seemed to follow where the “Texas Tea” was discovered. There are a couple of school reports cards from Butler Township in Meridian, Pa. for Virginia White dated 1930 that lead to proper research. Please examine all the photos provided.

6’ x 8 inch album with both covers. Several of the images are RPPC's.
