There is no lighted base. 

There is some damage to the white parts and some red stains

A few of the inserts are damaged. They are glued in. The star is not glued in.

About 20" in height with the star, a little under. 

The diameter of the bottom opening is right under 4". 

It is 15 inches on the widest parts on the bottom.

Very heavy and the box is very big once finished packaging up.
