Very nice, vintage, 1950s era, vinyl German made doll with the name Sweetheart on the back and what looks like HHE on the neck. Long blonde rooted hair. Overall in very nice shape with some paint loss on the shoes and the felt part of the outfit is brittle and has some holes. Jointed arms and legs. About 7 3/4 inches tall.
