Items are pre-owned and in good condition. Zippers work fine. However, there is one slight scratch on the leather portion & a spot on one part of the suede. One of the heels itself is wearing, where this could easily be replaced by a cobbler or at home. These are shown in the couple of pictures. Smoke free environment.
