Vintage Printed Pattern number 9039, postmarked 1975, for Misses' 3 piece pants set in size 16.  This will fit a misses' with the following measurements:  

(Size 16 - Bust-38, Waist-30, Hip-40) 

Sleeveless back zipper closure top, pants with side zipper closure, no waistband, and long sleeved, notched collar shirt.  This pattern has been used and is complete with the instructions.  The envelope, just a plain mail order one, is in fair condition with wear around the edges.
