- This bulb is E12 candelabra screw base. This size of the bulb is smaller than the standard C7 bulb.
- Different fridges use different bulbs. There are 12mm E12 candelabra base, 14mm E14 European base, 17mm E17 intermediate base and 26mm E26 medium base fridge bulbs. Some fridge bulbs are 120V and some are 12V. Please check the voltage and measure the base diameter of your original bulb to make sure the right bulb is chosen.

Question 1: Why the bulb popped as soon as it was put into the refrigerator?
- Answer: please check your original bulb is 120V or 12V. If it was 120V, our 12V E12 LED bulb is NOT the right replacement and it will burn the bulb.

- Answer: The bad connection might lead to no light. Please try to screw in the bulb a little harder to make good contact in the socket. If it still did not work, please let us know before you do the return. We would assist you to make it right as soon as possible.
Question 3: Why the base did not fit my refrigerator?
- Answer: Different refrigerators have different voltages and light sockets.
