Robert
W. Gregg, former professor emeritus of International Relations at
American University in Washington DC has been published a number of
times in his professional capacity. Upon retiring, he moved permanently
to Crooked Lake and embarked upon his second career as a novelist.
Shortly before his death, the 10th (and final) installment of his work
was released as an ebook (only) shortly before his death.
Full
of local color and panache, he writes of his second home with the deep
love of a long life in the region. There have been no "real" murders on
Crooked Lake, but the region has long been inhabited and the ghosts of
many who have died suddenly and violently walk the hills and hollows of
the Catskills.
