Jacket VG+ - Looks nice. Light ring and shelf wear. A few small moderate wear spots on edges. Original sleeve looks really nice with 1 medium bottom seam split.

 

Record VG+ - Plays and sounds good. Just a few pops sparsely here and there. A little extra on the first track of each side. Handful of light scratches mostly on side 2. Clean labels.
