The bottom has holes punch in it so that it now drains from the bottom. This means that it CAN NOT hold liquid anymore unless the holes are mended. There is no lid. Makes a great outdoor decoration since it now drains. The jug is 22" x 13". With the handle up it is 27.5" tall. Ships insured.
