This is a Vintage Bradford Exchange Edwin M Knowles The Pheasant Collector Plate.
I bought this plate back in the 1980's I think and opened it and looked at it. It has been in the box in a closet ever since. I am down sizing and am going to sale the plate. The box is a little beat up but the plate looks fine in my opinion. No problems with the plate that I can see. Please see photos.
