The sweetgum tree, a deciduous shade tree provides colorful fall foliage with leaves ranging from yellow and orange to red and purple. Grows in USDA zones 5-9. Reaching 40 to 50 foot tall and 30 to 40 foot wide at maturity. Grows on average 2-6 feet a year. Has a moderate drought tolerance. Prefers full sun and has a wide range of preferred soil conditions ranging from slightly acidic ,loamy, moist, sandy, well- drained, wet and clay soils.

Grown in 5 inch deep pot, ships rooted in soil in container, we can ship to all states. 

Ships with leaves in Spring and Summer and dormant without leaves in Fall and Winter.
