In normal cases, a small piece can be used. If it is a large brace on the molar, you can try pinch two wax blocks together.
First, please take off the wax before eating. Second, if it's a small piece don't worry, it will slowly melt. And if you feel unwell, please consult doctor immediately.
This will depend on how often you eat food, since you can't eat whit wax on, usually 4-5 hours is OK.
Please store the wax in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, at room temperature below 86℉ (30℃)
You can soak the wax into 50℃ (120℉) warm water for 1 minute and then knead it into a ball, which is easier and convenient to use.
