Vintage acrylic plastic Vuedex hinged cigarette holder in amber/blue. It appears it fits the old size king cigarettes like Camel, Lucky Strike, etc the type without a filter. 

Measures: 2 7/8 x 3.5 x 7/8  inches.
Condition: In very good pre-owned condition, never used, box has a tear.
