1963 Wet Signed Captioned Press Photo of Special Agent Clinton J Hill receiving the Exceptional Service Award for his heroic actions the day of President John F Kennedy's assassination.  Typed caption is underneath a photocopied picture of Secretary of the Treasury, C. Douglas Dillon speaking to an audience at the award ceremony on December 3, 1963 at the US Treasury Building.  "This Award is conferred upon Special Agent Clinton J Hill of the Secret Service for exceptional bravery in his effort to protect the President and First Lady of the United States at the time of President John F Kennedy's assassination in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963."  Caption goes on to summarize Hill's actions during the time of the shooting.  Clinton Hill's signature is in ink in between the picture & caption.  The signed paper measures approx 8" x 10 1/2" & appears to have an actual ink, ball point pen signature.  Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as this came from a relative's estate.  Paper is in fair condition, free from any stains or tears, but does appear to have once been in a 3-hole punch binder of some sort.  There are partial holes along both edges.  The corners are still mostly sharp, but do have a bit of bending to some.  Item has been folded in half, but No envelope nor COA included.  Again, this is NOT a photo on photopaper, but only a photocopied picture.  Please see photos & judge authenticity for yourself.

Package weighs approx 2 oz & will be shipped Ground Advantage.  Buyer to pay shipping.
