Autographed at Jacobs Field in 2004. All signatures were from that same year. It has been in the display case since. I live in Columbus Ohio which is a little over a 2 hour drive from Jacobs.
Baseball is a Fotoball Limited Edition. It has a large Chief Wahoo logo, Indians text and "CLEVELAND" in large letters.

KYLE DENNEY #57. Played on the team for only one year 2004. (Only played for the Indians for 1 year! and the only signature ball from this player listed)
The ball is in great condition. Light signs of handling only. All signatures are in felt tip with exception to Kyle Denny which is in standard ballpoint. The case is from Ball Cube Inc. The case has light signs of age such as scuffs but no cracks or chips.
It will be protected well and insured.
