Perpich stationary.  Letter is in good condition, but does have slight discoloration around the edges of the the letter & a small tear along the right 

hand side.  Corners are still mostly sharp, with 1 minor bend.  Letter has a tri-fold, but neither an envelope nor enclosures mentioned in letter are included.  Please see
