Two-Tray Oversize High Capacity Feeder (P4X)

• Total paper capacity of 4,000 sheets 13 x 19.21" (330.2 x 488 mm) in two trays with integrated technology to reduce skew, improve paper handling and prevent misfeeds.

• A Tray Inserter extends minimum size to 3.86 x 5.83" (98 x 148 mm) for postcards and envelopes.

Interface Cooling/Decurler Module (7AE)

• Compact Cooling Module - Enables maximum productivity by cooling stocks at rated speed so applications can be finished immediately.

• Smart Decurler Module - Delivers consistent, error-free finishing by automatically removing up or down curl using paper weight and ambient temperature/humidity data.

Production Ready Booklet Maker Finisher (4AE)

•  Produces superior quality finishing and stacking with built-in bi-directional decurler.
• Staple up to 100 sheets (90 gsm) uncoated and 35 sheets (90 gsm) coated stock using standard or custom sizes (maximum 11.7 x 17"/297 x 432 mm to minimum 7.2 x 5.7"/ 182 x 146 mm) with variable-length staples on stocks up to 350 gsm.

Warranty Information All refurbished machines come with a 30-day parts warranty against any parts defect or malfunction under normal operating conditions. Parts that are defective or damaged will be replaced. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., toner cartridges, drum units, fusers, and developer). The warranty is null and void in the event of misuse, parts damaged during installation by someone other than a qualified technician, or after the warranty period has expired.
Return & Refund Policy Returns
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval. Please keep in mind that returns are subject to restocking fees and partial refunds based on the above use, wear, or damage. You are not guaranteed a full refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges

ABD Office Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the following circumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents and proof:

  • The item received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantial damage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery. Do not unpack the damaged package. 
  • The item received does not match the brand/model/description on the invoice.
Order Processing All machine and accessory orders are subject to a 5-7 working day lead time (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping & Pickup Smaller and lighter items will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS/USPS/FEDEX). Heavy and oversize items, on the other hand, will be shipped by a commercial freight carrier. Residential, inside, or remote delivery requests will incur additional shipping charges. If this occurs prior to shipping, we will notify you. The transit time for freight shipments is 7-10 business days after the package has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with your tracking number.

Local customers within 30 miles of our office can arrange for warehouse pick-up by appointment. We are in Corona, Riverside County, California.
