Plus Magazines published in this time period were 3 magazines, (published monthly except for January and August)  leaflets that were attached together. You can separate them at the perforation. It would show Part l, Part ll, Part lll. Each listing I have will list how many parts are included.
These are special mailed pieces.
I expect handling wear the covers, some a little more pronounced and perhaps some moisture contact if the mailman had delivered in the rain. No issues will be in bad condition.
