The greater the lifted weight, the more wear and tear on the motor and gears, shortening the motor's lifespan. Excessive weight can even cause the motor to overheat and shut down. It is recommended to keep the lifted weight within the rated capacity.
This hoist suitable for raising and lowering heavy loads continuously?
Although this machine has good heat dissipation, continuous operation is still not recommended. During high-speed operation, the machine generates a significant amount of heat. Stopping the machine periodically helps extend its lifespan.
Electric cranes produce electric sparks when working.
The motor of the hoist is a universal motor, so sparks are normal. If there is a slight smoke emission, it indicates that the machine is overheating. You should stop the machine for a few minutes before resuming operation.
