Handpainted Owl Pet Rocks on Wood Figurine Signed by Artist Vintage 1970s Decor

Signed by J. Marshall. No year but owner I acquired it from said they had it since the 70s. 

The base is about 7inches long by 4-3/8". The entire thing weighs 11.6 oz. The rocks are securely attached. It is approximately 3-3/4" tall. 

In very good condition - from a smoke-free environment.
