On the album Revolution Down the Road, Stephen Missri joins with Psychedelia legend Barry “The Fish” Melton (Country Joe and the Fish) to bring the San Francisco sound to the 21st Century for an international audience as the band Jamasutra. As someone who helped launch the genre, Melton is held with the same reverence as such guitarists as John Cippolina, Jerry Garcia, or Sam Andrew (Big Brother and the Holding Company.) Stephan Missri is an Algerian-born Parisian who brings his own magic touch to each jam. With lyrics in French and English they create a musical plea to save the planet that is filled with a kaleidoscope of improvisational guitar riffs and great lyrics to raise your consciousness to a mind blowing level.
