Victory. Photos were taken in various locations including Derby, CT; Shelton, CT; Torrington, CT; and Athol, MA. Sizes range from 6 .5 x 9, to 3.75 x 3.75. Condition: These are original photographs, not a copy or reproduction. They are in very good condition, aside from the image of Anna and her baby brother Frank which has foxing (age spotting). Comments: Belden Samuel Brown was born February 27, 1839 Harwington, Connecticut. He was the son of Samuel Brown (1806-1872) and Melinda Churchill (1812-1888). Belden was married to Adaline M. Alfred on December 19, 1868 in Harwington. He died February 26, 1923 in Harwington. Adaline was born July 13, 1849 in Harwington and died April 29, 1918 in Harwington. Their children included: Minnie Alida Brown (1870-1952); Edith Brown (1871-1880); Lewis Samuel Brown (1873-1940); Ada Ellen Brown (1875-1916); Anna Stella Brown (b. October 23, 1879, m. Edmund William Bracht on Oct. 20, 1920 in Boston, d. Nov. 30, 1926); and Frank Belden Brown (b. Sept. 4, 1884 in Harwington, d. March 31, 1968 in Newtown, CT, m. Jessie R. Victory on March 26, 1904 in Derby, CT.) Additional genealogical information will be provided with the purchase of this photo.
