SHIPPING POLICY
· Shipping address must match account. We do not ship to third party.
· All items will ship within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed and received.
· We only sell and ship to limited International locations and United States with the exception of APO/FPO and US territories abroad.
· We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Some large or palletized item(s) may be transported by a 3rd party freight company arranged by buyer or us. The Freight quote can be provided before item(s) purchase.
· We do not ship any item via your arranged shipping/transportation company with the exception of Freight merchandize
· We provide insurance for item above $500 in our shipping label, and a signature delivery for item valued at least $350.
· Once we hand over your package for shipping to the Carrier, we have no control on how and when item is delivered, but we will work with you to assist in any way we can for tracking information and damaged, lost or stolen package(s)
· Where applicable, we will advice on purchase of shipping insurance when and wherever we did not provide for one for delicate goods
· All shipping cost or charges provided directly or indirectly are considered expended cost, and cannot be recouped or refunded due to returns of merchandize.

RETURN POLICY
1. Items have a warranty of 30 days from the day shipment is delivered and NOT when is received unless where otherwise stated.
2. It is highly disallowed to modify the units, replacing or removing any part or parts, attempting to repair the unit and removing any parts. This violates and invalidates our return policy. Ownership fully transfers to the buyer, the moment a decision to carry out the aforementioned activities. Please contact us via messaging for either to return or replace and item you are dissatisfied with or having a defect or incomplete within the 30 days warranty period.
3. Some units may require software upgrade, firmware upgrade or even part(s) upgrade to be compatible for your needs. Please contact us for the item specification before making the purchase. Some software, firmware and parts upgrade may not be compatible with the unit.
4. All return or exchange item must match the serial number that was shipped.
5. Return shipping label are paid for by us for all Items that are 1, defective. 2, arrived damaged and 3, incomplete. Shipping label for all other types of returns such as “ordered by mistake”, “no longer needed”, “change of mind” or “just didn’t like it” is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund due and subject to up to 25% restocking and 20% recertify fee.

7. Items that arrived damaged or dead on arrival must be reported immediately upon discovery and not more than 3 business days of delivery. An attempt to use or fix damaged order received will void the return privilege and will not qualify for a refund. Damaged or dead on arrival item that are reported after 30 days does not qualify for return or for a refund. Charged back claim initiated by buyer as a result will be challenged.
8. Item listed as Parts or NOT working are “ASIS” basis and are not covered under this policy and are NOT returnable.
9. Keep the packaging box and do not discard, because should you need to return laptop for any reason, return shipping label sent to you will be for this box.
