Block style minnie topper has movable arms and bends at the waist, she also twists round.
To activate the ball point simply press down the platform Minnie ios standing on and again to release. Still writes.
There are light signs of wear; 2 small scratch lines in the patterned design on the pen has worn white. It is baerly noticable and measures; 2.5 cm x 0.05 mm and 2.5 cm x 1 mm at widest
