Most of items you purchase will normally be dispatched within 2-5 business day by Hong Kong air mail, China post, ID post, or Singapore post. During this period, we will choose the fastest shipping method to ship the parcels. The arrival time depends on different areas in the world (excludes customs inspection).

Most of the items shipped using free shipping will arrive generally in 30-35 days (exclude holidays) for USA, European Union, Australia, Middle East & South East Asia (Please see below estimate delivery tables). For holiday seasons please add up additional 10-14 days. For other country like South America (exclude Argentina & Chile), Israel, Africa it will take up to 50-65 days because your item will transit several times in different country.

Please bear in mind that shipping to some country cannot be traced by using free shipping but can be trace by phone or contacting local post office website.

• If you need faster delivery time, the EMS/DHL/Fedex shipping option is available in the shopping cart for you to choose from. Once you have chosen the EMS/DHL/Fedex upgrade option, your order will automatically get shipped by EMS/DHL/Fedex for delivery within 5 to 15 days (applicable to most of North American, Western European and Asian countries).
• EMS/DHL/Fedex only guarantees delivery speed however the normal order processing time still applies.
• Please noted EMS/DHL/Fedex is calculated based on different Zone, the EMS/DHL/Fedex price is based on the Zone to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South East Asia, etc. For some country, if you choose EMS/DHL/Fedex, take Romania for example, you need to pay extra money. And for some other countries which is not supported by EMS/DHL/Fedex, we will contact you and change the shipping method.
