Loose Disc. Tested and working. The game loaded up and I was able to play for a bit. The disc shows quite a few scuffs, scratches and fingerprints, including a ring/circular scratch around the outside edge of the disc. The items pictured are the actual items you will receive. Any download/digital codes cannot be verified and are therefore assumed to have been previously used.
