Previously used, vintage condition. Typical signs of use with minor scratches and minor chips of coating flaked off, etc.

The light has been tested and does work and stay on without any issues. However, there appears to be a slight short (?) and the on/off button takes some wiggling/jiggling. A simple issue to fix if you have a little knowledge of wiring.
