Once you've committed to purchase, please make payment within 7 days otherwise your order will be canceled. Your order is not complete, and stock is not assigned until payment is received so other buyers can still buy items.

Please make sure you order the correct item as orders cannot be altered after the order is paid for. We have a very fast turn around on order processing so if you order the wrong item/product and then complete the payment process; your order cannot be changed or canceled afterward. You will need to wait to receive the product and then return it to us, at your expense, for a refund.

Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address at the time of payment. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after you have paid for you order. If you supply the wrong delivery address through PayPal, then we will not be able to alter it before dispatch, and it will be sent to the delivery address you have supplied. Emailing us after ordering or adding a different address in the delivery notes of your PayPal payment does not count as providing the correct address. Paypal/offers the option of changing the delivery address at the time of payment, so please ensure you give us the right address as we will not be able to change it afterward.

Occasionally (usually, but not always in remote/rural areas), some addresses will not qualify for the service or rates that are quoted. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, and we will not be obligated to honor the quoted shipping price. Alternately, the Purchaser is always welcome to pay the additional shipping expenses to their location.

Canadian buyers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Broker Fees. Our shipping covers not all Providences; please contact us before making a purchase.

Import duties, taxes, charges and brokerage fees (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office before bidding/buying to determine what the costs will be, and to ensure the item you are purchasing is legal in your country.

We only ship to the address that is giving on your PayPal payment. We do not accept email or phone call to made changes to the shipping address.

Due to fraud and other reasons, we reserve the right to limit sales to certain countries, and the right to block/cancel bids for any reason, such as where seller protection is not available from PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel an order or terminate a sale for any reason. We will not be obligated to honor any item prices or shipping quotes offered incorrectly due to computer or human error.

If the item you have ordered is defective or not satisfy with the product, contact us within 15 day period of receiving item and we will do exchange for the defective item with an item of equal or greater functionality within the warranty period.

Customers must return all items in their original condition which include the original Packaging accompanied with packing slip, Documentation & Manuals and Accessories, etc., at buyer own cost. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund except shipping & handling charge will be issued in the form of the original payment method. And we will mutual cancel this transaction with.

Unclaimed Package return: 

If the package return because incorrect shipping address, not available for receiving package after multi attemp delivery by driver, refusal at time of delivery or pick up., or unpaid broker fee and tax. we do charge all return shipping cost before refund your payment.

We welcome and treasure all of our customers. Please only buy items from us if you intend to complete the transaction. While you placed your purchase or won the bid, you should process your payment as soon as possible. We reserve right to cancel and file report for unpaid bid or purchase after 7 business days to recover our listing fee and final value fee.
