NEW Condition with defects.
Needs new batteries & difficult to remove screws on battery compartment. We tried to open a few of these products, for testing purposes. Screws either stripped or damaged while trying to replace batteries. However, the ones that we eventually tested, did in fact work with new batteries.
Seller cannot guarantee 'SOUND' and/or 'WORKING' product. Still makes a great bottle opener without sound.
