SHIPPING:
Due to the weight of these banners (including the brass grommets and ropes), shipping costs are higher than some other items such as small flags, T-shirts and apparel - $25.99 in total ($6.29 for 2nd item if you purchase the same size). Shipping should take from 2-5 days, depending on your location and the shipping options. A tracking number will be included in an email which will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times above.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, please message us right away (please submit a cancellation request within 2 hours of purchase). If production has already begun, unfortunately a cancellation will not be possible.

For a damage or fault, please take a photo clearly showing the issue and send it to us. Once the damage/fault is verified, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement product (your choice).
