The item must be returned in the same new condition and it the original packaging it was in when shipped. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (15% of the purchase price) (Unless there is an error on my behalf).
