Winnie the Pooh Greeter Rumbly in my Tummy Vintage NON-WORKING

He is super cute vintage, but he doesn't work. Missing his shirt. Stands 28" tall and has a very solid base so it won't tip easily.

Not sure what it was originally supposed to do but he is really cute as is, maybe could be restored to working condition but no guarantee

He does come apart and will be shipped in 2 pieces so not to become oversized
